Packing & Unpacking
Moving in or out? We take the unpacking off your plate so you're not living out of boxes for weeks. Every item gets a place from the start, so your new house feels like a home faster.
If your counters never stay clear, you're constantly moving piles from one room to another, and you don't have time to deal with it properly, you're not alone. Shelf Control helps busy Atlanta families get their homes to a place that actually feels manageable, one drawer at a time.

We design organization systems that actually hold up in real life — pantries, closets, garages, and more. No judgment, no unrealistic setups, just practical systems your family can maintain.
Decluttering doesn't have to mean second-guessing every item. We help you make clear, practical decisions about what stays and what goes so you can move through it quickly and get your space back.
Outgrown clothes, mismatched sets, seasonal chaos — we sort through it all and set up a system so you always know what fits and what doesn't.

Not sure what you need? Most projects start with a half or full day, depending on the space. We'll recommend the right approach during your consult.
An organized home is more than tidy shelves. It's being able to find what you need without digging, not buying duplicates because something got lost, and not feeling like you're constantly resetting the same spaces.
We've worked in homes with overstuffed closets, packed garages, and pantries that stopped functioning a long time ago. There's always a reason things ended up that way, and quick fixes usually don't hold.
We take the time to understand how your home actually works day to day, then build systems that fit your routines and your family. The goal isn't perfection, it's a space that stays manageable — beautiful if you want it to be, but always built to last.
Kelsey is the founder of Shelf Control, helping Atlanta-area families create homes that feel calmer, more functional, and easier to live in day to day.
She holds a master's degree in social work, which shapes how she approaches every project. A lot of what people call "clutter" is tied to habits, routines, and sometimes a bit of overwhelm. Kelsey brings a practical, judgment-free approach to every space, helping clients let go of what's not working and build systems that actually last.
An Atlanta native, Kelsey lives in Roswell with her husband, their two daughters, and more dogs than they probably need. She's always been someone who finds satisfaction in creating order. A clean, clutter-free counter makes her happy, and she brings that same energy into every home she works in.
Kelsey helped me get my house ready to sell and made a huge difference. She took on a packed garage and worked through it quickly without needing much direction. There were a few points where I had to catch up because she was moving faster than I could decide what to do next. She cleared out what needed to go, organized the rest, and got the house ready to be staged and listed. She even organized my closet well enough that the buyers commented on the “rainbow” of t-shirts at closing. We ended up getting a bunch of interest the day it hit the market, and Kelsey played a big role in getting it there.
We've used Kelsey for multiple spaces in our house and I love that I don't have to be there walking her through every decision or pre-sorting what to keep versus what my daughter has outgrown — she just gets it and makes the same calls I would have made myself. Honestly I trust her more than my husband when it comes to deciding what stays and what goes. She has a really practical sense of what works for a family and the systems she puts in place actually last, which is the whole point.
